With over 10 years of hands-on clinical operations experience inside BC healthcare, I've managed front desks, built staff training programs from scratch, audited regulatory compliance, untangled broken EMR workflows, and implemented AI tools that physicians and staff actually use. I've earned credentials along the way that matter for this work: an Indigenous Canada Certificate from the University of Alberta, and I am currently completing my CPHR designation (Chartered Professional in Human Resources).
